1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VOCU AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 14 years of age to use this Service.

2. Description of Service

VOCU AI is an AI-powered music creation platform that allows users to generate personalized songs based on text prompts, emotions, and selected genres. The Service includes:

  • AI-generated song creation using text and visual memory inputs
  • Public and private song sharing within the community
  • Social features including following users and liking songs
  • Token-based usage system for song generation
  • Premium subscription plans with additional tokens

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or are used for unauthorized purposes.

4. Tokens and Payments

Song generation requires tokens. Tokens can be obtained through:

  • Free allocation upon account creation
  • Monthly premium subscription renewals
  • One-time token pack purchases

All purchases are processed through our payment partners: Polar (web), Google Play (Android app), or the App Store (iOS app). Tokens are non-transferable and have no cash value. Refund policies are subject to applicable laws and each payment partner's terms.

Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the text prompts and inputs you provide. Songs generated through the Service using your inputs are provided for your personal use.

AI-Generated Content: Songs created by the AI are generated using third-party AI models. The ownership and licensing of AI-generated content may be subject to evolving legal standards. We grant you a non-exclusive license to use, share, and enjoy the songs generated through your account.

Community Content: By making your songs public, you allow other users to listen to and interact with your content on the platform. You may change your songs to private at any time.

6. AI-Generated Content and Third-Party Services

This Service uses third-party APIs (such as the Suno API) to generate music and related content. Generated content may generally be used for commercial purposes; however, the intellectual property rights and permitted uses of such content may be subject to each API provider's terms of service and policies.

When using generated content, please ensure compliance with applicable laws and the rights of third parties — in particular, we encourage you to review the relevant copyright terms and usage conditions beforehand. The Service does not warrant the ownership, originality, non-infringement, or commercial viability of any generated content. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, hateful, or harmful
  • Attempt to circumvent token limits or exploit the system
  • Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without authorization
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the platform's security

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. AI-generated results may vary and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOCU AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
